- Opinion letters as to the validity of foreign divorce judgments
- drafting of separation, cohabitation and marriage contracts
Our lawyers do not practice child welfare law; matters where the Children's Aid Society have commenced legal action.
Our lawyers represents clients in both the Ontario Court of Justice, which deals with issues of custody/access, child/spousal support, and restraining orders; as well as the Superior Court of Justice, which in addition to the same legal issues that the Ontario Court can deal with, is the court that you must proceed in if a divorce is being requested, and also if property issues need to be dealt with (property issues includes all assets and debts, pension, investments, loans, credit cards, etc.)
